본 연구실의 류현일 (박사과정), 장희수(박사과정) 학생이 일본 이시카와 현에 위치한 JAIST의 Takagi lab 에 공동연구를 위해 다녀왔습니다. 12월2일부터 4일까지 2박 3일동안 진행된 이번 방문에서 Takagi lab의 Ko Sugahara(박사과정) 학생과 함께 Hydration 방법을 통한 GUV 제작 및 현미경을 통한 GUV 관찰에 대한 실습을 진행했습니다. 또한 연구 미팅을 통해 공동연구방향에 대해 논의했습니다.

인하대학교 공과대학 주최, 인천지역 고등학생들을 대상으로 하는 '찾아가는 공학교실'에 선정되어, 2015년 10월 31일(토요일)에  'pH를 알려주는 생체신호-우리 몸의 리트머스' 의 주제로 전태준 교수님의 인솔하에 남동고등학교에서 실험교실이 운영되었습니다. 장희수, 이파란, 양시창 학생이 보조로 참여했습니다.

인하대학교 윤선희 학생, 박해령 학생, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님이 연구한 "미세유체시스템을 이용한 예쁜꼬마선충의 물리적 자극에 대한 반응 분석(Analysis of responses to physical stimuli in Caenorhabditis elegans using a microfluidic system)" 연구가 한국가시화정보학회지, Journal of the Korean Society of Visualization에 publish 되었습니다.

 교육부, 한국연구재단에서 시행하는 '글로벌 박사 펠로우십 사업'에 본 연구실 생물공학과 류현일(박사), 윤선희(통합) 학생이 선정되었습니다.

 글로벌 박사 펠로우십에 선정된 대학원생들은 정부로부터 2년 동안 매년 3천만원씩 지원을 받으며, 2년 지원 후 성과 평가결과에 따라 박사과정생은 추가 1년, 석박사통합과정생은 추가 최장 3년까지 지원이 가능합니다.

 류현일 학생은 ‘생체 채널 기반 물 정수 기술’을, 윤선희 학생은 ‘생체막 모사 기술을 이용한 인공광합성 에너지 수확시스템의 개발’을 연구할 예정입니다.

우리 연구실 류현일 학생, 최상백 학생, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님 그리고 단국대학교, 일본 Soka 대학, 경희대학교, 성균관대학교가 공동 연구한 "Investigation of Ion Channel Activities of Gramicidin A in the Presence of Ionic Liquids Using Model Cell Membranes" 연구가 Nature 자매지인 Scientific Reports 저널에 publish 되었습니다.

해당 기술은 인공세포막 생산기술을 이용해 생체외에서 세포막을 제작해 독성물질, 신약후보 물질들 등을 검사할 수 있는 기술로 하기와 같은 50여개의 언론 매체에 보도되었습니다.

 단국대학교 이환규 교수님, 인하대학교 김선민 교수님 그리고  전태준 교수님이 연구한 "Effects of Imidazolium-based Ionic Liquids on the Stability and Dynamics of Gramicidin A and Lipid Bilayers at Different Salt Concentrations" 이 "Journal of Molecular Graphics and Modelling" 저널에 publish 되었습니다.

본 연구실 최상백 학생이 한국바이오칩학회에서 주최한  2015 한국바이오칩학회 춘계학술대회에서 최상백 학생, 유현일 학생, 김선민 교수님 그리고 전태준 교수님과 연구한 "Polydimethysiloxane film based lipid bilayer formation for ion channel studies" 연구내용으로 우수 논문 발표상을 수상하였습니다. 

2015년도 춘계생물공학회에서 에서 류현일 학생이 포스터 3분스피치 발표 부분에서 "Interaction between Lipid Bilayer Membrane and Gramicidin A in the Presence of Ionic liquids (ILs)"의 주제로 학생우수논문발표상을 수상하였습니다.

2015년도 춘계생물공학회에서 에서 윤선희 학생이 학생 구두발표 부분에서 "Behavior Analysis of Caenorhabditis elegans in Electric Fields with A Microfluidic system"의 주제로 KSBB - WISET 젊은 여성연구자상을 수상하였습니다.

 인하대학교 정성호, 장희수 학생, 김선민 교수님, 전태준 교수님 그리고 경희대학교, 농촌진흥청에서 공동으로 연구한"Chromatic Biosensor for Detection of Phosphinothricin Acetyltransferase by Use of Polydiacetylene Vesicles Encapsulated within Automatically Generated Immunohydrogel Beads" 이 Analytical Chemistry저널에 accept 되었습니다.

 한국연구재단 주최의 미래유망융합기술 파이오니어 사업의 단계평가가 완료되었습니다.
본 연구는 인하대학교, 강원대학교, 경희대학교, 동의대학교, 서강대학교, 한양대학교 그리고 한국기계연구원 공동으로 수행되었습니다.

 생명공학과 김석재 학생 그리고 기계공학과 박가람 석사과정 학생이 인하대학교 공학대학원 석사 과정을 마치고 학위를 수여받았습니다.

인하대학교 장희수, 류현일, 윤선희 학생 그리고 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님과 강원대학교, 경희대학교, 한국기계연구원에서 공동으로 연구한 인공막 '고정형 액체 여과 구조체' / '작용기를 포함하는 인공막 액체 여과 구조체' 내용이 각각 특허 출원되었습니다.

미래유망 융합기술 파이오니어사업 - '생체채널기반 분자/이온 이송 시스템 기술' 연구의

제 2세부팀인 강원대학교, 경희대학교 그리고 인하대학교 간의 2015년도 동계 워크샵이 개최되었습니다. 

인하대학교 전태준 교수님, 허윤석 교수님 그리고 가천대학교에서 함께 연구한 '철-아미노점토로 자가조립된 그래핀산화물 및 이의 제조 방법'이 특허 등록 되었습니다.

매년 열리는 BSL Homecoming day가 올해 2015년에도 잘 마무리되었습니다.

2014년도 한국가시화정보학회에서 이인수 학생, 박가람 학생, 전태준 교수님 그리고 김선민 교수님이 연구한 '진피상처 치유의 가시화 및 분석을 위한 체외 2차원 피부모델 개발' 내용이 우수 논문상을 수상하였습니다.

'생체-비생체 소재의 인터페이싱 나노소재 개발' 이라는 연구 주제로 우수연구기획상을 수상하였습니다.

김석재 학생, 장희수 학생, 전태준 교수님 그리고 김선민 교수님이 연구한 '병원균의 검출 및 사멸의 동시 수행이 가능한 바이오센서 및 이의 제조방법' 이 특허 출원되었습니다.

김선민 교수님, 전태준 교수님과 한국기계연구원, 강원대학교, 동의대학교 서강대학교, 성균관대학교, 한양대학교에서 함께 연구한 '막 단백질-양성자 펌프를 이용한 정수 필터 및 막 단백질-양성자 펌프를 이용한 정수방법'이 특허 등록되었습니다.

장희수 학생, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님 그리고 경희대학교에서 함께 연구한 '하이드로젤 비드 기반의 바이오센서'가  특허등록되었습니다.

전태준 교수님께서 2014학년도 한국생물공학회에서 '한국생물공학회 신인학술상'을 수상하였습니다.

전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님, 장희수 학생 그리고 경희대학교에서 함께 연구한 '장기간 보관이 가능한 폴리디아세틸렌 기반의 바이오센서'의 특허가 출원되었습니다. 

전태준 교수님, 경희대학교 그리고 서울대학교에서 공동으로 연구한 "A Mask-Free Passivation Process for Low Noise Nanopore Devices" 논문이 Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology 저널에 투고되었습니다.

김선민 교수님과 Harvard Medical School, University of Waterloo, Massachusetts Institute of Technoloogy 공동으로 연구된  "Layer-by-Layer Assembly of 3D Tissue Constructs with Functionalized Graphene" 논문이 Advanced fuctional materials 저널에 online publish 되었습니다. 
본 논문은 한국연구재단 Global Research Network Program을 통해 진행되었습니다.

한태헌 박사, 김선민 교수님, 그리고 인하대학교 조명우 교수님 연구실에서 공동으로 연구한 "Fabrication of Passive Micromixer using a Digital Micromirror Device-based Maskless Lithography System" 논문이 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Manufacturing 저널에 online publish 되었습니다. 

한태헌 박사, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님 그리고 홍익대학교에서 공동으로  연구한 "Numerical study of the effect of microchannel geometry on temperature gradient focusing using the Joule heating effect" 논문이 Microsystem Technologies 저널에 online publish 되었습니다. 

 바이오융합시스템 연구실의 유현일 학생이 2014학년도 인하비전장학금 장학생에 선정되어 2014~2016년, 총 3년간 등록금 전액에 해당하는 장학금을 수여받게 되었습니다.

바이오융합시스템 연구실의 2014년도 1학기 대학원 신입생으로 
석사과정 - 최상백, 통합과정 - 윤선희 학생이 함께하게 되었습니다.

 최성균 군, 홍윤미 양, 이인수 군, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님과 University of Pennsylvania에서 공동으로 연구한 "Effects of Various Extracelluar Matrix Proteins on the Growth of HL-1 Cardiomyocytes"논문이 Cells Tissues Organs에 online published 됐습니다. 

2013 한국생물공학회 추계 학술대회에서 장희수 학생이 우수논문발표상, 류현일 학생이 우수 포스터상을 각각 수상하였습니다.

2013년 7~8월동안 진행된 WISET 주최 고등학생 R&E프로그램에서 윤선희학생과 장희수학생이 지도한 팀이 "예쁜꼬마선충의 온도감지 특성" 이라는 주제로 인하대학교 총장상을 받았습니다. 

한국연구재단에서 주관하는 일반연구자지원사업 과제가 선정되었습니다. 이로써 '빛에 대한 세포반응 분석을 위한 미니 현미경 통합 미세유체시스템 개발 ' 연구가 2013년 06월부터 2015년 08월까지 진행됩니다. 본 과제에 3년간 약 1억 5천만원의 연구비가 지원됩니다. 

왕중위군, 한태헌군, 전태준 교수님, 김선민 교수님과 홍익대학교에서 공동으로 연구한 "Rapid detection and quantification of bacteria using an integrated micro/nanofluidic  device" 논문이 Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical에 online published 됐습니다.
